2. Appointments
- Appointment requests submitted through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Booking an appointment, including a test drive, trade-in appraisal or financing consultation, does not create any obligation to purchase.
- A valid driver's license may be required for test drives.

3. Vehicle Information, Pricing and Financing
Vehicle descriptions and images on the Site are for general information and illustration only and may not reflect specific vehicles available. Availability, pricing and specifications are subject to change without notice. Financing is subject to credit approval by participating lenders; rates and terms vary based on creditworthiness and other factors. Nothing on the Site is an offer of credit.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to SMS updates on our appointment form, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from AVFA at the mobile number you provided, related to your appointment (such as confirmations, reminders and scheduling updates).

- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
